Software Engineer (Early Talent)
Location: Amsterdam
Duration: 3 months
Start date: June-August 2026
Compensation: Paid
Eligibility: Current University student (Computer Science or related field), Recent Graduate or Early Career specialist
The role
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, learn how high-performance backend systems are designed and operated and contribute code that runs in real environments used by customers worldwide. You’ll get hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, scalable architectures and engineering best practices in a team that works at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure.
We expect you to have:
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Go, Java, Python or С++).
Understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
Strong motivation to learn, grow and develop as a backend engineer.
Willingness to work with complex systems and ask questions.

Network Engineer (AI Infrastructure) Early Talent
Location: Amsterdam
Duration: 3 months
Start date: June-August 2026

Work authorization: Permitted to work in the job’s location
Your responsibilities will include
Primary Focus: learning network operations while supporting the team with routine and low-risk tasks across data center and backbone networks under close supervision.
Operational Support (Supervised):
Assist in day-to-day network operations for data center and backbone environments. Perform simple, well-defined tasks from the backlog under guidance: configuration updates, checks, and data collection.
Help with hardware installation tasks (rack, cable, label) under supervision.
Network Stability & Safe Execution:
Deploy pre-approved and tested configurations following clear instructions. Strictly follow change management and operational procedures. Escalate any unclear behavior or unexpected results immediately.
Learning & Growth:
Actively study networking fundamentals: Ethernet, IP, routing, DC and backbone basics. Learn internal tools, workflows, and operational standards. Gradually expand task scope as skills and reliability improve.
