During the drink this Wednesday, you can enjoy some talks from fellow students and PhD’ers!

The talks will be as follows

Yanna Kraakman gives the talk: 'Why is it taking so long?'

Daan Pluister will host a talk with the title 'How to (almost) win a book competition from 1954 by beautiful mathematics (and a huge ass server)'.

Tjeerd Jan Heeringa will explain the use of vector calculus and introduce a superior alternative system in his talk: "A brief history of Vector Calculus - and an introduction into Clifford Algebra".

Steven van Dokkums talk has the title 'Back to the roots'.

They will all be fun and interesting mathematical talks, and we can listen to them while enjoying a nice beverage. And (at minimum) the first drink is free, so make sure to come.
